and if you personally live at least 6 months +1 day in a zero-taxation country,
and if your nationality or former residence country does not submit you to external taxation,
then zero-taxation might be legal (if nothing else withstands).
So there are in fact legal possibilitites - also other possibilities, not only this one.

Close to 100 % of tax haven use does not comply with such rules.
